Once the issues in the PDF are addressed and marked as fixed and a new version of the PDF is created, the transmittal author creates and issues a new version of the transmittal that contains a new version of the PDF (that includes the fixed issues).

1. Open the original transmittal and click Resend new versions.
   

   This creates a new version of the original transmittal, with the new version of the PDF automatically added to the new version of the transmittal.

2. Issue the new version of the transmittal.
